2. Your plan. Together we choose the approach that fits your case and your life: traditional braces or Invisalign clear aligners, with the timeline and cost laid out before anything starts.
3. Regular visits. Adjustments and progress checks keep your treatment on schedule — conveniently at the same office that handles the rest of your family’s dental care.
4. Retention. When the braces come off, a retainer protects the result. Teeth drift without one; wearing it as directed is what makes your new smile permanent.

Orthodontics for adults

As an adult, your oral tissues take longer to adjust when teeth move into new positions — dentists call these biomechanical limitations. They make realignment more gradual for adults than for children, but modern treatment plans are built around exactly that, and it’s never too late to straighten your smile.

Orthodontics for kids and teens
