This website is informational. It does not ask you to create an account, and it does not collect health information. We measure aggregate traffic (pages viewed, approximate region, device type, how visitors found us) to improve the site and our advertising. We do not sell personal information.
We use two kinds of measurement. Our own analytics (Matomo, hosted on our servers) is cookieless. We also use Google Tag Manager to run Google Analytics and Google advertising tags, which set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser to count visits, measure which ads and pages lead to appointments, and show our ads to people who have visited this site. These tags never receive health information or what you enter in the booking form.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and control ad personalization at Google Ad Settings. Blocking cookies won't stop the site from working. Visitors in regions covered by laws such as the GDPR may also ask us about, or object to, this processing using the contact details above.
Appointment scheduling on this site is provided by NexHealth, our scheduling partner. When you book an appointment, the information you enter (such as your name, contact details, and appointment preferences) is collected and processed by NexHealth on our behalf under their privacy practices and our agreements with them, and becomes part of your patient record with our practice. If you call, text, or email us, we use your contact information to respond and to manage your care. Please avoid sending detailed health information by email — bring it to your visit or share it by phone.
Health information we collect as part of providing dental care is protected under applicable law, including HIPAA, and is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, available at our office on request.
Pages on this site may link to third-party services (for example, Google Maps for directions, Google for reviews, and Cherry for financing applications). Those services have their own privacy policies.
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated effective date.
